EXIT FROM M25 JUNCTION 7 FOLLOWING SIGNS TO CROYDON M23
Within one mile motorway runs out onto A23 London, Stay on this road
After approximately 5 miles you will approach Purley, Tesco is on your right.
Select middle lane, and proceed straight on at traffic lights through Purley A235
Stay on this road for approximately 4 miles you will pass a large bus garage on right after 2 miles. Keep going for approximately 2 more miles.

You will pass through 3 sets of traffic lights close together. Go straight ahead on the first 2 sets, keep to the left lane as you proceed. At the 2nd set of lights you should see a Barclays Bank on the left hand corner. Proceed to the third set of traffic lights.

Take left hand fork down Southbridge road.
After ½ mile go straight across mini roundabout to large roundabout underneath flyover.
Proceed straight across underneath flyover onto Roman Way A236 to Mitcham
This is a dual carriageway. ( FIRE STATION ON LEFT HAND CORNER )

After 1 mile road reduces to single lane road (Territorial Army camp on left) (Mitcham Rd)

You will pass Kwikfit centre then BP garage on left. Take next left into Grafton Rd, (Queen Victoria Pub opposite turning on right.)

Proceed down Grafton Rd. Just before road bends to the right, proceed through the steel gates onto the Ind Est. You will find us on the left as you bear left.
